At Hawkins New York, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Ensure all delicate home goods are padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
